My first trial T-Shirt

Finally, I managed to put my acts together and start painting again after so many years. I had a black shirt with a faded image in front. It was a good base to start from.  Was going to cover it so to check the new paints and most of all……my ability!

From Pinterest, I was learning to make Snowflakes from paper, and out of many that I tried to design and create, one caught my attention. And decided to apply it on the T-Shirt as a Stencil. It was new to me, as all the Mandalas designs I have made before were done first with measurements and drawing. There is always space to learn something different!!

It has been really good fun! Remembering the tricks whenever I made a mistake!!

I forgot to take a picture of the shirt before painting. Remembered half way!!

One step further

Hurrah! A little step further in creating this blog. Finally we have managed to put the picture in each portfolio link. Still a lot to learn and fix before it’s ready. But congratulations to WordPress it is a great place to create a blog or a web site. With a good tutorial and good advises from around the web, little by little even someone that does not understand too much like me can manage to present something beautiful. While we get our creations ready , we practice putting beautiful flowers from our garden. Until the next achievement!

The beginning of the Project

I have started this blog because after 7 long unproductive years due to health and family issues I was unable to continue with the creation of various artistic expressions I was very fond of.

So here I am,  slowly letting the energy be manifested. But at the same time, I am having to learn how to create this blog first, where I will be publishing the images of the outcome. I am trying to posts some pictures to see how it works. Hopefully, I will be able to manage it soon and get back to my real work …. painting!!!

I want to add that it is thanks to websites like theabundantartist.com that I have opened this blog on WordPress. They give very good advises and support to all artists on how to manage our work, especially for those like me that have been “out of track” for a while, and having to learn the latest technology and tricks of the internet. A big CHEERS to them!
